Mushroom Management a role model for today's teens

The above scanned letter refers to how does a dead man writes his/hers last dying request. In short, the whole letter is about how tenants/shop owners should bring more business/do marketing for or in other words solve this anonymous shopping complex's problems by dumping their personal management problem onto others.

In my personal opinion, I think the majority can coin this management style " Mushroom Management", which coincidentally in-line with our country's style of management too. Hmm..surprise, surprise.. Clearly the so called "general manager" is moving ahead with his/hers grand plans by moving backward. And when i coin the word "backwards" I do go way way back when the dinosaur still roam the earth freely, not 5,10 or even 15 years backward.

It is a surprise that a neanderthal such as this so-called "general manager" does and can actually survive the Jurassic ages and is thriving in today's society. And I'm sure that he/she is a role model for lots of young-dashing-charming-business-minded-maverick who decided to drop out of business school right before even graduate from kindergarten school. Instead self-given the tittle "general manager", the more appropriate tittle should be "general custard" and this rank or tittle applies to anyone who wishes to model themselves after this general custard of a shopping complex in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Politician are included too.

After all, I do pity his parents for having neanderthal growing up in their home, life must be hard for them and good times are hard to come by. I guess his parents only consolation comes when the neanderthal grows up and decides to be someone else's problem and not theirs. I must say the parents are to be blame for this as well as the term family planing or condom does play a vital part in not breading...period. Prevention is better then cure, if only his parents realize this sooner...Yes, my dear citizen of sanity it is a sad and dark day for us all.
