Lenovo Ideapad U1 Hybrid Laptop
2010 may well be the year of the tablet PC, with multiple companies putting out their own take on keyboard-free touchscreen computers. The most creative take we’ve or will see: The Lenovo Ideapad U1 Hybrid, which boasts a seriously innovative design.
One moment, it’s an ultraportable 11.6-inch Windows 7-running, Intel Core 2 Duo-powered laptop. The next: Its screen pops out into a tablet that runs on Qualcomm’s new low-power Snapdragon processor.
The U1 is slated for a June 1 release for USD1000.

- 512MB DDR1 RAM
- 16GB SSD
- The dock itself is 3.8 pounds with Intel Core2 Duo U4100 processor,
- 4GB DDR3 RAM
